As a certified nutritionist, I want to leave a positive footprint by inspiring, providing guidance and education on how eating with pleasure can harmonize with healthy eating habits.
A holistic approach to living
Over the years my coaching approach has evolved to a holistic one. Starting with nutritional consultation the coaching meanwhile goes far beyond nutrition.
I will help you develop a mindful routine to feel in harmony with your mind, your body and your chakras. That includes developing an individual nutrition strategy depending on your health history, your day to day life and the chakra you mainly need to work on.
Building up a positive mindset with individual affirmative meditation texts I am writing for you to listen at any time.
We could as well consider to include fasting in your mindful routine and so on. This will depend in the end on your personal goals and the issues you are seeking advice for. I am guiding people individually and in groups through the practice of fasting .
In a word the mindfulspoon is about learning how to mindfully feed your mind, your body and your chakras.
